Planningify Manage your working hours, hours worked and overtime with iziTime

You no longer need to plan on paper for 2019! Consult your working time and duration, easily manage your agenda and schedules, calculate the number of working hours with iziTime. Record your entry and exit times each day, as well as possible overtime worked. Then save your timesheet for each week and month (with PDF report). Print it with Google Print or export it to a table as an Excel sheet / Sheets and finally modify it. The total hours worked will be automatically calculated and recorded in weekly, monthly and annual reports. Save even more time by copying hours from the previous week with just one click.

iziTime is flexible and manages various types of schedules, work shifts, transferred and divided (days cut into two periods or shifts with an unpaid lunch break). iziTime takes into account work and night shifts, unpaid breaks to deduct from the total number of hours worked, and different rates (For example: daily hours are paid at 70% for paramedics, but on Sunday they are paid at 200%).

The application can be personalized, you can add notes and comments for each day, manage your payments, days off, sick days, as well as the projects and clients you work for. This information may be displayed in printed reports.

Create an agenda / calendar (in tables) for each of your jobs, association projects, guard plans, shifts and on-call services... If you are the leader or responsible for a team, you can easily guide your employees' schedules, just create a plan for each person. Each employee can send you their schedule and vice versa (in CSV format).
